Order Approval and Processing

At HydroJug, every order undergoes a detailed review to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud before it is approved. We reserve the right to restrict, cancel, or reject any order due to limited stock, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Once approved, orders will be processed within approximately 1-3 business days. Following processing, delivery typically requires 7-12 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically and displayed during checkout.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour period, orders enter an automated fulfillment process and cannot be canceled.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, please contact HydroJug customer care at juzogtobias@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of delivery to initiate the return process.

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
You must obtain return authorization before sending any item back.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Permitted Use of Our Website

When using the HydroJug website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are prohibited:

Unauthorized access to restricted areas of the site
Disruption or interference with website functionality or security
Introduction of malware, viruses, or harmful software
Copying, modifying, selling, or reusing website content without explicit written permission
Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behavior related to orders or website use

Product Information Accuracy

HydroJug strives to accurately present descriptions, pricing, availability, and images of all products, including Accessories, Can Coolers, Coffee Travelers, Ease2o, PR Boxes, Everyday Tumblers, Insulated Shakers, and Pro Jug V2 items. However, discrepancies may occur, and all sales are subject to final confirmation of stock and price.
